摘要
针对现有车载充电系统的主要问题,提出了一种基于单相单级全桥功率因数校正拓扑的车载充电系统结构和改进型单体电压控制的新型整车充电策略。开发了一台3.6kW的样机,其实验结果表明,该系统具有效率高、体积小、功率因数高和谐波污染少等优点,充电控制策略提升了充电的安全性。
In view of the problems of existing on-board charging system,a structure of on-board charging system based on single-phase single-stage full-bridge power factor correction(SS-FB-PFC) topology and a novel vehicle charging strategy with improved single-cell voltage control are proposed.A 3.6kW prototype of charging system is developed.The results of its experiment show that the proposed system has the advantages of high efficiency,small volume,high power factor and low harmonic pollution,etc.,and the charging control strategy enhances charging safety.
