摘要
针对车身焊接质量检测工作量大、抽样样本非常小的特点,提出一种基于方差的改进累积和控制图方法,用于监测车身焊接质量的方差波动,以实现车身焊接质量有效控制。实例验证的结果表明,改进累积和控制图法比常规累积和控制图、指数加权移动平均控制图和加权累积和控制图等方法对过程方差变异更为有效和敏感,更有利于质量问题的及时发现。
In view of the heavy workload and extremely small sample size in vehicle body welding quality inspection,a variance-based modified cumulative sum(CUSUM) control chart method for monitoring variance fluctuation of body welding quality is proposed to achieve effective control of body welding quality.The results of a real case verification show that compared with the methods of conventional CUSUM control chart,exponentially weighted moving average(EWMA) control chart and weighted CUSUM control chart,the method of modified CUSUM control chart is more effective and sensitive to process variance deviation,more conducive to timely discovery of quality issues.
