废铜、废铝在电缆工业中的优化再生制杆及利用

Optimized Regeneration of the Rod-Making by Scrap Copper & Alunimium in the Wire and Cable Industry

由于我国对废杂铜不经规范的预处理,又用落后的精炼工艺,加之落后的国产连铸连轧生产线,所以生产的再生铜杆存在严重的质量问题。介绍了我国电缆工业中废电线电缆的回收利用现状,提出了废铜、废铝直接优化再生制杆的几点建议和措施。

The regenerated copper rods made now in China have many quality problems due to unqualified pretreatment of scrap copper,use of out-of-date refining process and backward home-made continuous casting and rolling line.The author presents the statusquo of recycle and re-use of scrap wire and cable in the Chinese Cable Industry and put forward suggestions and measures about optimized regeneration of and rod-making by scrap copper alunimium.
