摘要
根据变频器电缆使用环境、电压或电流的波形畸变、电磁干扰、分布电容、波形阻抗等诸多因素,对其产品结构设计、材料选择以及关键生产工艺进行了分析,研制了硅橡胶绝缘硅橡胶护套变频器电力电缆,该产品具有耐高温、耐低温、耐辐射、耐老化、抗电磁干扰、柔软等特性。
The authors analyzed the structural design,material selection and key production technology according to the environmental conditions,voltage or current waveform distortion of the voltage and current,electromagnetic interference,distributed capacitance,wave from impedance factors,and developed a new type of inverter power cable for silicon rubber insulation and sheath,which has the high and low temperature resistant,radiation resistance,aging resistant,anti-electromagnetic interference,soft features and so on.
