棉纬平针织物胀破强力的影响因素

The factors influencing the bursting strength of cotton knitted plain fabric

按照通用的ASTM D 3786-01的测试方法,对可能影响棉纬平针织物胀破强力的3个因素分别进行分析,这3个因素包括纱线强力、线圈长度和染整。结果表明:提高纱线强力的最小值可有效提高织物的胀破强力;平纹织物中线圈长度对胀破强力有影响但不明显;染色及后整理对面料的胀破强力影响较大且情况复杂。

According to the commonly-used testing method of ASTM D 3786-01,this paper analyzes three possible factors influencing the bursting strength of cotton knitted plain fabric including yarn strength,loop length and post-finishing.The research results show that improving the minimum of the yarn strength can effectively improve the bursting strength,the loop length factor for plain knitted fabric can give an influence but not obviously,and dyeing and post-finishing remarkably influences the bursting strength,which shows much complexity.
