渭南师范学院公共体育课教学改革调查研究

The Teaching Reform of Public Physical Education Research of Weinan Teachers University

结合当前普通高等院校公共体育课开设现状及发展趋势,对渭南师范学院公共体育课的开设现状进行了调研.从分析存在的问题,转变教学思想及观念,改革体育课程设置体系,改革教学方法,加强师资队伍建设,改善教学基本条件等几个方面出发,提出了改革的思路和方法.目的在于充分调动学生对体育课的兴趣,培养学生终身体育和健康体育的意识,从本质上提高公共体育课的教学质量.

This paper,combining with the public physical education present situation and developing trend of the Ordinary institutions of higher learning,make a survey research on public physical of the WTU.Analyzing the existing problems,the paper proposes the reform ideas and methods from the following aspects： change the teaching ideas and concepts,the reform of physical education curriculum setting system,reform teaching methods,enhancing the construction of the teaching staff and improve the basic teaching conditions.In order to fully mobilize the students＇ interested in physical education,cultivate students＇ ＂lifetime sports＂ and ＂healthy sports＂ consciousness,and improve the quality of teaching physical education essentially.
