摘要
针对零件图像直方图多峰的特点,设计了自动阈值分割与B样条小波相结合的缺陷图像边缘检测方法.采用多次迭代方法自动选取区域图像的阈值,从而将特定区域从图像中分割出来.分析小波边缘检测的原理,构造B样条小波函数,通过B样条小波模极大值实现了零件缺陷图像的边缘检测.实验结果表明,此方法优于传统的边缘检测效果.
For the multi-peak characteristics of parts image histogram,an improved method which combined automatic thresholds segmentation and B-spline wavelet on defect image edge detection is introduced.The particular area is segmented from original gray image by using multiple iterative method in selecting regional thresholds automatic.The principle of wavelet edge detection is analyzed,B-spline wavelet function is comstructed,the defects detection of part image edge is realized through the B-spline wavelet modulus maxima.Experimental results show that the proposed method is obviously superior to the traditional edge detection effect.
