摘要
盾构法隧道使用管片衬砌作为其永久支护结构,因此,通用楔型管片在此作为一种较先进的衬砌形式,其拼装质量直接影响到隧道的质量及使用功能。文章从盾构工法特性、衬背注浆、盾构姿态等影响因素着手,以武汉地铁二号线为例,分析了在大直径隧道中的管片错缝拼装技术,以及盾构掘进过程中管片拼装的施工工法以及管片拼装质量控制的方法。
The segment lining is the permanent supporting structure in the shield tunnel.so the sphenoid segment as a more advance lining method as well as its ringbuilding quality will affect the quality and function of the tunnel directly.Using Wuhan metro line2 construction as a example,this article does the following factors analyzing,such as shield construction characteristics,back filling grouting,shield posture,etc.to analyze the staggered joint ringbuilding technology as well as the construction method and the method of quality control during doing the segment ringbuilding in the advance process of the shield machine in large diameter tunnel construction.
