摘要 对成分为0.07C-0.30Si-2.00Mn-0.01P-0.002S-0.30Cu的低碳合金钢的两种控制轧制和控制冷却工艺(TMCP)进行了研究,目的是通过TMCP工艺使钢材获得铁素体+贝氏体(PF+BF)的双相组织,满足X70级抗大变形管线钢的性能要求。对两种不同工艺条件下钢的力学性能和显微组织进行的对比分析表明:冷却工艺对管线钢的组织性能影响很大,而控制铁素体与贝氏体的比例是控制抗大变形管线钢性能的关键。 In order to obtain dual-phase structure of ferrite + bainite(PF+BF) through thermo mechanical control process(TMCP),and to meet the performance requirements of X70 pipeline steel with great deformation resistance,the controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes for low C alloy steel with the chemical composition of 0.07C-0.30Si-2.00Mn-0.01P-0.002S-0.30Cu were studied.The mechanical property and microstructure were compared and analyzed under the two processes,as a result,it is indicated that the controlled cooling process greatly affects structure property of pipeline steel,and the key point to control property of pipeline steel with great deformation resistance is controlling the proportion of ferrite and bainite.
