摘要
通过拉伸试验、冲击试验和显微组织分析等方法,研究了X70管线钢中不同C质量分数(0.04%和0.06%)及显微组织对X70管线钢冲击韧性及强度的影响。结果表明,两种不同碳含量的管线钢强度相近,二者有效晶粒尺寸及大角晶界比例相差不大,但C质量分数为0.06%的X70管线钢中因M/A岛含量较多,其夏比冲击韧性低于C质量分数为0.04%的管线钢。
The effects of different carbon content(0.04 % and 0.06 %) on microstructure,impact toughness and strength of X70 pipeline steel were researched,through tensile test,impact test and microstructure analysis.As a result,the strengths of the pipeline steels with different carbon content(0.04 % and 0.06 %) are close,the effective grain size and high angle grain boundary ratio show little difference,while the volume fraction of M/A constituents in the pipeline steel with 0.06 % carbon content is higher,so its impact toughness value is lower than that of the pipeline steel containing 0.04 % carbon.
