西气东输二线用管材性能分析数据管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Data Management System for Welded Pipe Property Analysis Used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline

针对西气东输二线工程用管材性能数据管理现状,开发了一套用于管材性能试验数据统计分析的数据管理系统。该系统采用两级三层C/S模式,利用Oracle 10g及VC++建立性能数据库系统,将驻厂性能试验数据网络传输并统一存储到服务器,以交互式查询及直观形象的图表形式进行统计分析,从而实现数据管理、文件传输、标准技术条件管理、统计分析与图形显示、报告生成等功能。该系统的开发对管材整体质量的统计分析评价、质量控制和持续改进具有重要作用。

Aiming at management current status of welded pipe property data used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline,a data management system for statistic data of welded pipe property tests was developed.This system adopts C/S mode of ＂two level-three layer＂,using Oracle 10g and VC＋＋ to establish property data base system,transmit property tests data by net and stores in server.The statistical analysis is carried out through interactive inquire and intuitionistic illustration,thereby realizes data management,documents transmission,standard technical condition management,statistical analysis,figure display,report formation and so on.This developed system plays a significant role in analyzing and evaluating the whole quality for welded pipe,quality control and continuous improvement.
