基于灰关联—层次分析法的图书供应商选择应用研究

图书馆确定图书供应商是一个多层次和多因素的复杂决策问题.如何科学合理、公平公正地招投标,选择优良供应商,是图书馆招投标的根本目的.本文提出了灰关联—层次分析综合方法构建图书供应商选择评价模型.利用改进层次分析法计算图书供应商评价中各指标的权重,再计算各指标的灰关联系数,结合分析出各供应商的优劣.并通过实例说明其应用,结果表明,该方法合理、有效.

It is a multi level and multi factor complex problem to select the books suppliers.How to select the fine books supplier in scientifically reasonable,fair,equitable bidding and tendering is the fundamental purpose of the library.In this paper,it is proposed grey relational——an integrated approach to build a library level analysis of vendor selection evaluation model.That is to use the improved AHP method in the book supplier evaluation index weights,and then calculate the various indicators of grey correlation coefficient,conjoint analysis out the pros and cons of various suppliers.Through the examples of its application,the results shows that the method is rational and effective.
