The paper elaborates that hopital library service mode transformation is the necessity for social development,hospital reform and reader＇s demand.Taking new hospital reform policy as the opportaity,we should break the limitation of region and administrative subordination,make effective integration for current resource,reform hospital library management and operation mechanism,construct modern medical information system to innovate hospital library service mode.
