摘要
随着社会生产分工不断深化,企业之间建立动态联盟顺应了产品空间的分化与市场空间价值链一体化的需要。我国物流业缺少物流巨头,除了屈指可数的几家企业初具规模且有稳定的客户群外,大多数物流企业规模小、利润低、客户少、人才短缺、资金匮乏、信息封闭。中小物流企业自身资源有限,品牌可信度不高,在日益激烈的竞争环境中应采取各种联盟方式共求发展。
As production division of labor continues to deepen, many enterprises set up multi - dynamic alliances to meet the changes of products' divided areas and integrated market. A lot of logistics enterprises in China have small size, poor benefits, few customers, short of capitals, talents and information. Limited by these disadvantages, small and medium logistics enterprises should seek the way to develop altogether though all kinds of alliance mode in the fiercely competition environment.
