Exploration of Practical Teaching Pattern Based on the Work-integrated Learning for Logistics Management in Vocational Colleges

加强实训、实习基地建设是高等职业院校改善办学条件、彰显办学特色、提高教育教学质量的关键。校内生产性实训基地建设是高职教育内涵建设的重要内容之一。以落实以工作任务为载体的工学结合人才培养模式改革为出发点,阐述校内生产性实训基地的基本内涵,并在分析当前高职院校物流实训基地建设现状的基础上,提出高职院校校企共建校内生产性物流实训基地的模式,为高职物流管理实践教学进行更深入的理论研究和实践探索作铺垫。

Strengthening the practical training bases is the key point for higher vocational colleges to improve institutional conditions, demonstrate its characteristics and increase the education quality. The construction of intramural productive practical training bases is an important part of the higher education construction. Starting from the talent cultivating pattern of work - integrated learning which uses the carrier with the work mission, the paper demonstrates the basic content for intramural productive practical training bases. On the base of the current situation for vocational college practical training bases, it proposes the pattern of intramural productive practical training bases, and makes a good bedding for the further theoretical research and practical explore of the practical teaching of logistical management in vocational colleges
