To strengthen the construction of colleges and universities teachers＇ team internationalization is good for improving the overall international level of schools,improving teaching quality,research level and capacity of social services.In the context of internationalization of higher education,the school implemented the strategy of talents internationalization conscientiously,actively explored the new initiatives in the construction of university teachers＇ internationalization,made great efforts to building teachers＇ team,and promoted the school＇s construction and development greatly.
