This paper introduces the coal mining tunneling application in coal and gas outburst mines and analysis of traditional driving process,which affirms the efficacy of the continuous miner process under the conditions of coal and gas outburst in west well area of Sihe coal mine.Besides,it provides reference for the double or more tunneling in high-concentration gas burst and thick coal seam.
