摘要 终末期肾脏病是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病,其发生率呈上升趋势,给病人家庭及社会带来沉重的负担。目前,尽管通过透析及药物治疗病人生存状况有了较大的改善,但腹膜透析病人日常活动能力、生活质量及社会回归状况仍难以令人满意。研究表明综合康复干预治疗有助于脑卒中偏瘫、阿尔茨海默氏病等病人日常活动能力的改善。
