糖尿病足患者相关危险因素分析

Analysis of the Correlated Risk Factors of Diabetic Foot Patients

目的了解糖尿病足的相关危险因素。方法通过对34例糖尿病足患者及30名正常体检者下肢动脉彩超及血液生化检查的对比,了解糖尿病足患者与对照组相关指标的差异情况。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病足组下肢动脉管腔明显狭窄,随着病变程度加重,狭窄程度及生化指标异常越明显。结论糖尿病足患者下肢病变程度随下肢血管及生化指标异常程度增加而逐渐加重。

Objective To study the correlated risk factors of diabetic foot patients.Methods The color Doppler ultrasound of 34 diabetic foot patients and 30 normal cases was compared as well as the results of their biochemical examination,and the difference between them was analyzed.Results The lower extremity artery lumen of the diabetic foot patients were much more narrow than those of the normal,the narrow degree and the abnormity of biochemical examination in diabetic foot patients became even worse with the aggravation of the disease.Conclusions The disease degree of diabetic foot patients aggravates with the development of abnormity in lower extremity artery and biochemical examination.
