摘要
糖原合成酶激酶3(glycogen synthase kinase 3,GSK3)于1980年被鉴定出来后[1],一度被认为仅仅是一个调节糖原代谢的蛋白激酶。其后,研究证实GSK3在多种细胞功能活动的调节中扮演着重要的角色。包括调节细胞的结构、细胞内的信号传导、细胞的分裂、凋亡、微管运动。
