摘要
以Y(NO3)3.6H2O、NH4Al(SO)4.12H2O、Nd(NO3)3.6H2O、NH4HCO3为原料,采用共沉淀法制备Nd:YAG粉体。采用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对前驱体进行了成份分析,X射线衍射仪(XRD)检测了粉体物相组成。研究了混合溶液、沉淀剂溶液浓度及焙烧温度等因素对Nd:YAG粉体合成的影响。结果表明:混合盐溶液及沉淀剂溶液的浓度对合成纯相Nd:YAG粉体至关重要;以0.08 mol/L NH4Al(SO)4和0.048 mol/LY(NO3)3为混合溶液,0.5 mol/LNH4HCO3为沉淀剂制备的前驱体经900℃煅烧2h,可直接转变为纯相YAG粉体。
In this paper,Nd:YAG powder were synthesized via alcohol-water solvent co-precipitation method with Y(NO3)3·6H2O,NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O,Nd(NO3)3·6H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw materials.The precursors were characterized by FT-IR.The phase of powder was measured by means of XRD.The effect factors on the fabrication of Nd:YAG powder were investigated.The results show that the concentration of mixed solution of aluminum nitrate and yttrium nitrate are critical for preparation of Nd:YAG powder,and that the precursors synthesized with 0.08 mol/L Al3+ and 0.048 mol/L Y3+ as mixed solution,0.5 mol/L NH4HCO3 as precipitant solution were transformed into pure phase YAG powder after calcined at 900℃ for 2h.
