E时代传统纸质图书阵地的延续——以榆林学院图书馆为例

E-era—the Cntinued Use of Taditional Paper Books Probe into Yulin University Library

网络环境下,计算机技术的提高,数字图书馆的诞生,使传统纸质馆藏的利用受到了电子资源的冲击,虽传统纸质馆藏经费投入逐年上升,但馆藏外借率却呈线性下降,电子馆藏资源的点击率又在逐年上升。传统纸质图书在信息流通的阵地受到威胁,为了能够充分利用纸质馆藏资源,将其延续下去,提出了实行对外增添公共服务、突破上班时间、开展多种激励读者活动等相应的服务策略。

Under the network environment,the improvement of computer technology and the birth of digital library have brought great impact on the traditional library collections.Although financial input into traditional paper-edition library collections has increased year by year,it is found that library materials lending decrease linearly with the increasing click-through ratio at electronic resources in the library yearly.Thus,the traditional paper-edition library collections in respect of information circulation are under threat.In order to make the continued best use of the paper-edition library collections,many strategies such as providing more public services,extending work hours and developing activities in various forms to stimulate readers will be put forward in this paper.
