This paper, from the point of view of maritime administrative law enforcement, explores the responsibility of maritime control by the Maritime Authority over the foreign-related marine scientific surveys, and discusses how to exercise maritime control over the different kinds of foreign-related marine surveys, with a view to regulating the rational and legitimate scientific activities and safeguarding the marine rights and interests of the country.
