摘要
文中分析了有关船员国际公约的履行,《船员条例》存在的一些问题,提出了从法制角度对船员基本权益保护的对策,以期通过修正和颁布有关法规对船员最基本权益的保障和对航运用人单位的约束机制等有所帮助。
The implementations of the international convention related to the seafarers were analysed in this paper.Because there are some problems in the Regulations for Seafarer,this paper provides some countermeasures for the seafarer's basic rights from legal point of view, in order to offer help for the guarantee of the seafarer's basic rights and the restriction mechanism of the Shipping employing units by amending and enacting relevant rules of law.
