Construction of 10×104 m3 crude oil storage tank has just started in China and it is lack of relevant construction experience.The tank construction of Lanzhou national petroleum reserve is described from the foundation treatment to ring beam completion of construction especially in aspect of leveling the top surface of the ring beam,which provides the experience and the construction technology.
