论地质测绘系统企业文化建设的困境——以湖南省地质测绘院为例

Discussion of the Plight of Cultural Construction in Geological Surveying and Mapping Enterprises: taking Hunan Institute of Geological Surveying and Mapping as an example

以湖南省地质测绘院为例,针对地质测绘系统企事业单位由于主客观因素导致的企业文化建设中的困境和问题,从观念形态文化、制度形态文化、行为形态文化和物质形态文化四个方面阐述了企业文化建设措施和办法,为地质测绘系统企事业单位走出困境,更好地进行企业文化建设,更好地服务于社会经济提供理论依据。

Measures and methods for constructing enterprise culture were expounded from four aspects of concept,regime,behavior form and physical form according to the plight and problems in enterprise culture construction by taking institute of geological surveying and mapping of Hunan as an example,and it can provide suggestions for enterprises of geological and mapping system to get out of trouble.
