油气企业社保数据质量管理存在的问题与对策

Problems in Social In surance Data Quality Managementin Oil and Gas Enterprises and Their Countermeasures

企业社保数据质量决定了企业社保信息化建设的成败。目前油气企业社保数据质量管理存在着真实性和时效性不强、准确性和实用性不强、不重视数据的安全管理等问题,针对这些问题提出了油气企业应当加强社保数据的安全管理、数据处理的过程管理及加强信息沟通等建议,保证企业社保综合福利系统的安全与规范运行。

Quality of enterprises’social insurance data decides success or failure of enterprises’informazation construction.According to problems existing in social insurance data quality management such as weak authenticity,timeliness,accuracy and practicality of social insurance data and giving little attention or respect to data security management,some suggestions including strengthening data security management,data treating process management and enhancing information communication are put forward to lay a foundation for safe and standardized operation of the integrated social insurance welfare system of oil and gas enterprises.
