摘要
结合SAP资金管理特点,针对油气企业资金管理上存在的业务与财务信息集成度不高、资金管理预算模式较难适应新的管理需求等问题,构建了油气企业SAP资金管理模式,并且在企业业务数据采集、数据标准化、资金控制点前移、预算管理、资金流程管理等方面进行了应用,全面提升了油气企业资金运营管理水平。
According to the characteristics of SAP capital management,it builds the model of SAP capital management to solve the problems of capital management which include the business and financial information integration is not high,the budget model of capital management cant meet the new requirements on management,which is widely used in business data collection,data standardization,financial control point forward,budget management,financial process management and other aspects and capital operation management level in oil&gas enterprises are therefore obtained all-over lift.
