人本主义视域下高校图书馆建设浅议

On the Construction of University Library from Humanistic Perspective

图书馆是人类知识的宝库和文献信息资源中心,高校图书馆在服务对象上应以本校师生为主,兼顾社会需要,为校园文化建设服务。而人本主义学习理论也着重强调了以学生为中心,提供良好学习环境的观点。从人本主义视角出发,高校图书馆建设需要注重:坚持以人为本,树立办馆新理念;拓展图书馆的社会教育职能,兼顾好其他群体的学习需求。

Library is the center of human knowledge and information resources, which should serve our students and teachers first, taking social needs into account and giving service to campus culture. The humanistic learning theory also emphasizes the studentcentered learning, providing good environment. From a humanistic perspective, the construction of university libraries need to focus on several aspects; Sticking to Human Oriention, establishing new idea; expanding the social educational function of libraries, taking other learning groups＇ need into account.
