摘要
对客车空调系统中的管片式蒸发器的流程进行优化设计,即通过焊接一个三通管来改变制冷剂在管片式蒸发器中的流程,降低制冷剂在蒸发器内的流阻,使客车空调系统的功耗降低3%~5%,蒸发器的换热能力提高4%,系统的能效比提高5%~8%。
Through the optimization design on the circuit of fin-tube evaporator for au- tomobile air conditioner, changes the circuit of the refrigerant in the fin-tube evaporator by sealing a three-way tube. As a result, the power consumption of system can reduce 3%-5%, the heat transfer capacity of the evaporator can increase 4%, and the EER of automobile air conditioner will be increased 5%-8%.
