摘要 对固体氯化铅直接电解过程进行了研究。实验考察了阴极电流密度、电解温度、盐酸浓度、NaCl浓度、PbCl2质量等因素对电流效率、槽压和沉积物质量的影响。结果表明,当阴极电流密度为200 A/m2,温度为65℃,氯化钠浓度为2 mol/L,盐酸浓度为0.1 mol/L,阴极板上固体氯化铅质量为20 g时,阴极电流效率可达98%以上,槽压控制在2 V左右。 Direct electrowinning of lead chloride solid was studied.The effect of the factors such as cathode current density,electrowinning temperature,concentration of HCl and NaCl in electrolyte,mass of PbCl2 on current efficiency,cell voltage and quality of the deposits were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of a current density of 200 A/m2,temperature 65 ℃,2 mol/L NaCl,0.1 mol/L HCl and 20 g PbCl2 on cathode,the current efficiency attained above 98% and cell voltage was about 2 V.
