文本分类在海外金属矿产资源开发项目决策中的应用研究

Research of Text Classification Using as a Decision-making Method in Foreign Metal Mining Exploitation Project

随着经济全球化的趋势加快,越来越多矿产企业通过各种方式投资海外金属矿产资源开发项目。此类项目比一般的矿产资源开发项目面临的不确定因素更大,而且这些不确定因素是动态变化的。传统的风险决策方法利用的是历史数据,不能及时反映这类动态变化,因此本文提出用文本分类技术辅助传统风险决策方法的思路。首先用传统风险评价体系得出项目的风险等级,然后运用文本分类技术分析实时的文本数据,利用分类结果检验和调整原有的风险评价结果。本文的最后用实例验证了该方法的可行性。

Now more and more Chinese companies try to invest foreign metal mining resource but for those foreign projects they usually face more uncertain factors and situations than domestic ones furthermore those factors are always changing continually.Traditional decision-making methods mainly base on the past datum,and it can not exactly show the effects of changing factors on project decision-making so the researcher brings forward a new method that take text classification as an assistant tool to traditional decision-making methods.Firstly the risk grade of project is decided by traditional risk evaluating system;secondly the text datum is analyzed according to text classification technique;at last use the results of text classification to check up adjust the risk grade of project.With an example project the method is proved to be feasible.
