浅谈企业用财之道

Discussing the Method of the Enterprise's Financial Arrangement

企业管理工作必须讲究生财之道、聚财之道和用财之道,简称理财三道。在这"三财"中生财是根本,聚财是手段,用财是目的。用财是否合理、得当,直接关系到生财、聚财的效果。可见,如何用财,确是一门很有探讨价值的学问。本文的目的,是为了生财和多生财,所以一切的用财,都要围绕提高经济效益这个中心,其中应该包括本企业的、社会的、眼前的、立竿见影的和较长时间之后才能产生的经济效益,如果离开了这个中心,就说不上用财之道。

Corporate management must pay attention to methods of making money,accumulating funds and financial arrangement.How to arrange money is a great knowledge with the value to investigate.The main content of this paper is to make money and more benifits.So,the center of the financial arrangement should focus on improving economic efficiency,which should include the industrial,social and immediate economic benefits and that needs a long time to produce.Without the center,that can＇t be called the methods of financial arrangement.
