增压式高压共轨系统用电控增压泵性能优化研究

摘要 增压式高压共轨系统能够实现两级喷射压力控制和可调的喷油率,有利于实现柴油机全工况优化运行。电控增压泵是系统实现喷射特性的关键部件。为消除增压室压力振荡现象,同时提高其实际增压比,减小控制耗油量,本文设计了滑阀式的柱塞偶件结构,并建立了系统仿真模型。对优化前后的系统,展开了全面深入的性能对比研究。 Augment High-pressure Common-Rail System (ACRIS) could realize multilevel injection pressure and adjustable spray rate. So it could realize the optimization of full working condition. The electric control pressure amplifier is the key part of ACRIS. In order to improve the pressure ratio and reduce the oil consump- tion and eliminate the pressure oscillation, in this The model for the ACRIS was established and the paper, the slide-valve plunger coupled parts was designed contrast study based on this model was completed.
