摘要
LJ368QE四气门汽油机在最大化使用原368Q汽油机零部件的基础上对气缸盖等进行了重新设计,但是根据发动机机舱空间尺寸设计的短进气歧管而导致动力性能不足。本文经过分析与试验,当该短进气歧管匹配长为300mm的进气总管时,其动力性有明显提高,低速扭矩增大,燃油消耗率下降,升功率达50kW.L-1,扭矩为70N.m(对应转速为3000r.min-1),最低燃油消耗率248g.(kW.h)-1。
LJ368QE, four valves per cylinder engine, is redesigned for the cylinder head on the foundation of maximal usage for 368Q's parts. The length of the engine's manifold is limited to the engine room space, so, the engine is matched with short inlet manifold, which results in the engine's lower power performance. By analyzing and bench test, when the short inlet manifold matched with 300mm inlet main pipe, the engine's power performance improved sharply, and lower speed torque was higher, fuel consumption was lower; Power per liter is 50kW/L, the torque is 70N ·m/3000rpm, and the lowest fuel consumption rate is 248g/kW · h.
