摘要
大学英语四六级考试的听力测试比重大幅增加,但学生完成情况不够理想。很多学生存在听力心理焦虑,元认知策略有助于学生掌握监控听力理解活动过程,这对于降低学生听力心理焦虑具有重要作用。
Listening comprehension plays a more and more important role in CET 4,but it is still a big problem that plagues many students.English listening anxiety influences the effect of listening competence improvement.Metacognitive strategies can help students effectively monitor the process of listening comprehension,and have significant importance to reduce students' listening anxiety.
