《薪酬与福利管理》是人力资源的核心课程,也是理论性、实践性很强的应用性课程。该课程可以分成思维引导、理论教学和案例实操三个教学阶段,案例教学法在该课程的教学方面起到承上启下链接教学循环的关键作用。
"Compensation Management" is one of the core courses of Human Resource Management with a strong theoretical and practical sense.The teaching practice of it can be divided into three interrelated steps: thought guiding,theory learning and practice conducting.These three steps formulate a calculating circle in which Case Study plays a key facilitating role.
