摘要
本文对人力资源管理专业本科课程教学中存在的问题进行分析,提出课程教学改革与创新的必要性和可行性,并对本科课程教学的内容和方法提出较具体的思路和措施,推进课程教学改革与创新的深入进行,以取得积极的成果。
This paper analyzes some problems of human resource management undergraduate teaching,proposed the necessity and feasibility of education reform and innovation;additionally,this article proposed specific thoughts and measures with content and methods of the undergraduate teaching reform,promote the reform of the in-depth to achieve positive results.
