基于转型视角的泸州旅游产业可持续发展策略研究

Study on the Sustainable Development Strategy for Luzhou Tourism Industry from the Perspective of Transformation

转型升级是旅游产业发展到一定阶段的必然趋势,也是旅游产业实现可持续发展的必然选择。本文以四川省泸州市为例,针对泸州市旅游产业发展现状和制约因素提出泸州旅游实现可持续发展的有效途径在于立足自身优势,科学把握旅游市场发展动态和机遇,通过整合旅游资源,调整产品结构;优化旅游企业格局,提升企业竞争力;加强旅游人才队伍建设,提高从业人员整体素质等措施推动泸州旅游产业转型升级,实现泸州旅游业又好又快发展。

Transformation upgrading is an inevitable trend for the development of tourism at a certain stage and an inevitalbe choice to realize sustainable development as well.）Effective stategies to realize the sustainable development of Luzhou tourism is proposed in view of the present situation and constraints of the local areas： first,to get acquainted with the challenges and take the opportunites of the market based on our own advantages;second,to strengthen the competiveness of tourist enterprises by optimizing their patterns;third,to promote all-round development of practioners by enforcing the construction of tourist staff.
