企业管理信息化人才培养模式研究

Research on Information Management Training Model

"两化融合"给企业信息化人才培养提出了全新的课题。信息化是一项复杂的系统工程,需要多方面人才的结合和培养的人才必须具有多学科融合的能力。本文针对当前企业管理信息化人才培养现状,分析了存在问题的主要原因,提出了"鼎"型人才培养方案和实施方法,并总结了多年培养方案教学实践经验,表明取得了良好的社会效益。

＂Integration of the two＂ makes a new topic for enterprise information technology training.Information technology is a complicated systematic project,we need the combination of talent and personnel trained must have the ability of multi-disciplinary integration.This paper is based on current status of enterprise information technology training,analyzes the reasons of problems,proposes a ＂tripod＂ type training programs and implementation methods,and summarizes many years＇ teaching experience of training program,and has achieved good social benefits.
