浅论我国律师权利的行使和保护

Lawyer's Right Exercise and Protection in China

我国律师在辩护期间有许多权利可以行使,会见当事人、阅卷、调查取证,在起诉阶段进行辩护、举证质证、辩论发言、给出正确意见、维护被告合法利益、得到出庭同知和法律文书、维护自身合法权益等。然而,在行使这些权利时,代理律师却受到重重阻挠。

Many rights can be exercised by Chinese lawyers during the defense.Meeting with the parties,marking,investigation,prosecution stage in the defense cross-examination of evidence,debate,giving the correct advice,safeguard the legitimate interests of the defendant,receive notice and legal instruments to appear,safeguard their legitimate rights and interests and so on.However,in exercising these rights,we are subjected to countless obstacles.
