摘要
知情权的发展经历了从无到有、从抽象到具体的过程。西方发达国家对知情权的探索和实践随着社会的发展而得以不断的推进,已经使之得到国际社会的普遍认可,各国对此的保护力度也在逐渐加大。知情权在我国的产生和发展明显滞后于国际大潮流,这对于我国的民主法治进程有着消极和负面的影响。通过对西方发达国家和我国知情权的发展历程的分析,能充分挖掘出了我国知情权保护存在的诸多问题,以对症下药。
Right to know has experienced the process from scratch,from the abstract to concrete.The exploration and practice of the right to know in western developed countries continue to advance with social development,it has been so widely recognized by the international community,countries have also gradually increase the intensity of protection.The development of right to know in China lagged behind the international trend,which has a negative and impact for the rule of law in our democracy.By analysis of the development process in western countries and China＇s right to know,find out many problems in the protection of our right to know,to remedy.
