Lack of Professional of Social Workers in Volunteering Activities

当今高校大学生由于各种原因,纷纷加入到志愿与实习的行列中去。这种志愿活动往往被定义在一种普遍的原始观念中,现今来讲,志愿活动的类型已经变得多种多样。并且,大学生群体的专业性与多样性并没有体现在他们所从事的志愿服务中。本文将通过经验总结与交流,来讨论当今高校志愿者在志愿活动中专业性的缺失。

Because of all kinds of reasons,many college students have joined the ranks of volunteers and practice.This voluntary activity is often defined in the universal original concept,now,types of volunteer activities have become diverse.However,the professionalism and diversity of the student is not reflected in the volunteer service which they are engaged in.This paper will summarize and exchange experiences,to discuss professional loss of today＇s college volunteers in volunteer activities.
