摘要
目的:寻找治疗急性尿潴留的最佳方法。方法:将50例急性尿潴留患者随机分为针灸组30例,对照组20例。用针灸和药物两种方法分别治疗并比较疗效。结果:经3次治疗后,针灸组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为65%。针灸组与对照组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.005)。结论:针灸治疗急性尿潴留是临床较为有效的方法之一,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the best way to treat acute urinary. Methods： 50 cases of acute urinary patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group for 30 cases, control group for 20 cases, then ompared their effect after the treatment of acupuncture and medicine. Results： After 3 times treatment, the efficacy rate in acupuncture group was 90%, and control group was 65%. Compared their effect, which difference had remarkable meaning （P〈0.005）. Conclusion： Acupuncture treat acute urinary is a efficacy method in clinical, which was worth widely using in clinical.
