中西医结合治疗急性智齿冠周炎临床疗效观察

Clinical effects observation on treating acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效,以缩短疗程,减轻患者的痛苦。方法:将96例患者随机分为两组,在基础治疗的同时,西医组给予青霉素类及甲硝唑,中西医结合组在西医治疗的基础上加用中药内服。结果:两组患者治愈率分别为86%和98%,且中西医结合组治愈时间比西医组明显缩短,有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗智齿冠周炎疗效显著,缩短了疗程,减轻了患者的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating wisdom teeth pericoronitis in the integrative medicine can reduce the treatment course and the pain of patients. Methods： Randomly divided 96 cases into two groups, both with basic treatment, the Western medicine group treated with penicillin and metronidazole, while the integrative medicine group treated with TCM bases on the Western medicine. Results： The cure rate of two groups were 86% and 98%, the healing time of integrative medicine group was significantly shorter than Western group, there are significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating wisdom teeth pericoronitis in the integrative medicine can make a better effect, reduce treatment course and the pain of patients, worth for widely promote.
