中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating acute edematous pancreatitis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例本病患者随机分为A组20例和B组20例。A组采用中西医结合治疗,B组采用西医常规治疗。结果:A组病人较B组病人平均治愈时间提前,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎疗程短,效果好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acute edematous pancreatitis in the integrative medicine. Methods： Randomly divided 40 cases into group A （n=20） and group B （n=20）. Group A treated in the integrative medicine, group B treated with Western conventional treatment. Results： The average cure time of group A was shorter than group B, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating acute edematous pancreatitis in the integrative medicine can make a better effect.
