摘要 目的探讨丰富环境干预对短暂性全脑缺血大鼠海马形态学的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠分组建立短暂性全脑缺血模型,进行丰富环境干预,进行大鼠海马形态学分析。结果 HE染色显示,与IS组相比,IE组海马CA1区组织的病理损伤明显减轻。锥体神经元排列较规则,肿胀、固缩及脱失神经元数目较少。Nissl染色显示,IS组海马细胞层数减少,神经元细胞间隙变大,排列稀疏,细胞形态异常,尼氏体大量脱失,染色浅谈且出现较多空白区;IE组海马区仅见少量神经元缺失及胶质增生,但细胞形态基本正常,细胞排列较为整齐,尼氏体较清晰。结论丰富环境干预可以改善脑缺血大鼠海马的病理损伤程度。 Objective To investigate the effect of enriched rehabilitative training on hippocampus impairment in rats after transient global cerebral ischemia.Methods Adult male Wistar rats were used in the study.Rats were randomly assigned to either enriched environment housing or standard condition.The pathological changes in hippocampal cells were observed with H-E stain and Nissl stain.Results Compared with that in the SS group,the injury of CA1 region of the hippocampus was severe in the IS group.The raritas and disorder of pyramidal cells and swelling and pyknosis of the neuronal cells were seen.The IE group was shown to decrease injury in hippocampal CA1 region cells of the cerebral ischemia rats significantly.Analysis of Nissl-stained tissue sections revealed no cell loss in the sham-operated animals and dramatic neuronal loss in ischemic rats.Ischemia-induced neuronal loss largely involved the CA1 region.The IE group showed that enriched environment can protect CA1 neurons against ischemia damage.Conclusion Enriched rehabilitative training can relieve pathological damage of the hippocampus of rats with transient global cerebral ischemia was one of the reasons.
