农村散养猪猪瘟疫苗首免及二免效果观察

The First and Second Immune Effect on Swine Fever Vaccine in Rural Scatter Breeding Swine

为探索农村散养猪猪瘟疫苗首次及二次免疫抗体变化规律,选择20头35日龄仔猪,35日龄首次免疫,75日龄二次免疫,用猪瘟正向间接血凝试验监测免疫抗体。结果:猪瘟疫苗首次免疫合格期为40天,二次免疫合格期达到95天以上。

In oder to find out the law of change of the antibody of HC in the First and the Second immunity,20 piglits of the age of 35 days were selected in Daxi village of Panghai town,Kaili city of Qian Dongnan prefecture.The first immunity at the of 35 days,The antibodies of serum were detected at the age of 56 days,66 days 75 days,the second immunity at the of 75 days,the antibodies of serum were detected at the age of105 days,130 days,150 days,170 days.The antibodies of HC were detected by using indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA）.As a result,the period of immunity qualification was 40 days in the first immunity and it was over 95 days in the second immunity.
