摘要
采用传统的评价方法已不能将教师的职业道德水平、教学水平、科研水平等全面地反映出来,也不再适合社会对人才素质的评价愈来愈趋向科学化、标准化的要求。设计了"天津机电职业技术学院教师综合评价系统",运用融合管理科学、信息科学、系统科学和电子计算机技术为一体的综合性先进评价管理手段,取得了较好的效果。
The traditional assessment method can not completely reflect the professional moral level,teaching level and scientific research,and meet the social needs and standards for talents.This article designs the teacher assessment system of Tianjin Vocational College of Mechanics and Electricity and makes use of the management science,information science,and system science to develop an advanced assessment method.
