周仲瑛教授从瘀热论治心脑血管疾病学术思想探讨

Discussion on Academic Thought of Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying in Treatment to Cardio Cerebrovascular Diseases with Stagnant Heat Theory

在内科难治病范畴,周老认为"瘀热"常与其他病机证素兼夹,或蕴于脏腑、或阻于脉络,致使功能障碍与形质损害。研究周仲瑛教授治疗心脑血管疾病门诊案例,发现周老或以清热凉血化瘀法为主,或将该治法融于复方之中,进行相关疾病治疗者甚多。文章系统阐述了周仲瑛教授"瘀热学说"在心脑血管疾病中的应用,包括瘀热的产生、基本病机、辨治及组方用药特点等。

Great master of TCM,Professor Zhou zhong-ying consider that,stagnated heat is the same pathological basis of some exogenous and internal diseases.and also mixed up with other pathogenes,in Internal Organs or Channel,causing to cardiovascular dysfunction and damage.Through analyzing outpatient with Cardio Cerebrovascular Diseases have shown the treatment always based on clearing heat and cooling the blood to remove stasis,or combined dissipating phlegm for resuscitation dissipating phlegm for resuscitation,This paper attempts to reviewer Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying’s＂stagnated heat＂theory for the pathogeny,mechanism,typification and herbal prescription of Cardio Cerebrovascular Diseases.
